It all started with a plate 💙
The idea of creating a brand called The Blue Greyhound arose in a ceramic illustration workshop in which I had to decorate a plate. At that time I had lost my second greyhound, so I decorated it with the silhouette of a blue greyhound running happily through a green field.
The first products I made under the signature of El galgo azul were mugs, teapots, badges, prints... products for the home that I thought all galgolovers like me would go crazy for. But the demand of the clients and myself for my day to day with my greyhounds, led me to delve into the design of articles for greyhounds and dogs, specializing so much that all those household products were in the background.
Now creativity and our environment have given space to once again create a small home collection in which we wanted the shadow of what sowed the seed of El galgo azul 8 years ago to be present. These 3 plates are hand-painted by Sara, making them unique and special.

It measures 21 cm in diameter.
It is preferable not to put it in the dishwasher.

Could it be a more beautiful and special dish? I loved this first time painting these plates with a brush. They were the first but I don't think they will be the last!
