At El galgo azul® we want to pamper you with each order, so that when you receive it you will be drawn from ear to ear. From when you place an order, it can take between 1 and 2 days to leave the workshop (except for products that are made to order). You will have it in your hands in a maximum of 2 days (Spain), 5 and 8 days (Europe) and from 7 to 15 days in other destinations. I am afraid that I cannot confirm an arrival date for each package, as it depends on the postal service of each country and customs.

All purchases made are sent from Spain by courier, that is why for a better follow-up I need you to leave a contact number in a comment for a better delivery. All shipments have an assigned number that can be tracked to their destination.

  • Spain (except the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands) €5.50, through GLS.
  • Canary and Balearic Islands: 6.90 euros, through the Post Office.
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom (UK), and Czech Republic: 11,86 euros, through GLS.
  • Cyprus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Sweden: 18.03 euros, through GLS.
  • Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Norway, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Switzerland: 17.20 euros, through the Post Office.
  • Rest of destinations: 25.55 euros, through the Post Office.

When you place your order, check your shipping information and telephone number well. It is important that you provide us with a correct address, because if it was misspelled, even if it is only one digit, and the package has already left its destination, we should send a new shipment and it would be your responsibility. In the event that the order is returned to us because it has not been possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated, within the terms in which the courier company stipulates, the forwarding will be made again after receiving the payment of the Shipping costs.

Shipping by GLS

As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email from GLS to notify you of the tracking of your order. Each movement will receive notices through the same channel. If after two delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the order, it will remain at the destination delegation for 15 days before being returned to the sender.

Shipping by Post

We use as a shipping method for international orders outside the previous list (Argentina, Chile, ...), the certified postal service with a tracking number. The rate will be calculated as soon as you enter your destination country. Delivery times will depend on the country as well as customs fees, in any case, you will receive an email with the number to track the shipment and the courier company that takes your package.

Shipping times could take longer than usual if it is special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is some factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the courier service.

If your package takes more than 5 weeks to reach its destination, write us an email and we will proceed to claim your package.

If your destination does not appear at the time of purchase, if you need to know the status of your order or request an urgent shipment, you can write me an email at and I will inform you about your request.
