At El galgo azul we want to pamper you with each order, so that when you receive it you will have a smile from ear to ear. From the time you place an order, it may take between 1 and 3 days to leave the workshop (except for greyhound products that are made to order, in which case it will be specified in the description of the order). You will have it in your hands in a maximum of 3 days (Spain), 5 and 8 days (Europe) and from 7 to 15 days in other destinations. I am afraid that I cannot confirm an arrival date for each package, since it depends on the postal service of each country and customs.

All purchases made are sent from Spain by courier, that is why for a better follow-up I need you to leave a contact number in a comment for a better delivery. All shipments have an assigned number that can be tracked to their destination.

In times of promotions, new collection launches or Christmas these times may vary, and your order could take another week.

Orders with workshop items (all those that involve clothing) may take between seven and ten working days to arrive as they are unique pieces, handmade and handcrafted in our workshop.

FREE SHIPPING

• Spain (except the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands) on orders over 100 euros through GLS.

When you place your order, check your shipping information and phone number carefully. It is important that you provide us with a correct address, because if it is misspelled, even if it is only one digit, and the package has already left its destination, we would have to make a new shipment and it would be at your expense. In the event that the order is returned to us because it was not possible to deliver it to the address that you have indicated, within the periods in which the courier company stipulates, the reshipment will be made again after receiving the payment of the Shipping costs.

Shipping by GLS and DHL

As soon as your order is complete, you will receive an email from El galgo azul to notify you of the tracking of your order. Each movement you will receive notices through the same channel. If after two delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the order, it will remain 15 days in the destination delegation before being returned to the sender.

Shipping by Post

We use the certified mail service with tracking number as a shipping method for the Canary Islands. Delivery times will depend on the country as well as customs tariffs, in any case, you will receive an email with the number for tracking the shipment and the courier company that carries your package.

Shipping times could take longer than usual if it is special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is some factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the courier service.

If your package takes more than 5 weeks to reach its destination, write us an email and we will proceed to claim your package.
