At El galgo azul® we want to spoil you with every order, so that when you receive it, it puts a huge smile on your face. From the moment you place an order, it may take 1-2 days to leave the workshop (except custom-made products). It will arrive to you in a maximum of 2 days (Spain), 5 and 8 days (Europe) and from 7 to 15 days in other destinations. I’m afraid I can’t confirm a date of arrival for each package, since this depends on each country’s postal service and customs.
All purchases made are sent from Spain by courier, that is why I need you to indicate a contact number for a better delivery and thus better monitoring. All shipments have an assigned number that can be tracked to their destination.
- Spain (except Canary and Balearic Islands) 4.50 euros, by GLS.
- Canary and Balearic Islands: 6.90 euros, by post.
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom (UK), and the Czech Republic: 11.86 euros, by GLS.
- Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Sweden: 18.03 euros, by GLS.
- Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, the Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Switzerland: 17.20 euros, by post.
- Other destinations: 25.55 euros, by post.
When you place your order, please check your shipping information and phone number. It is important that you provide us with a correct address, because if it is misspelled, even if it is only one digit, and the package has already left for its destination, we will have to make a new delivery and you will be charged for this. If the order is returned to us because it was not possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated, within the time limits stipulated by the courier company, the reshipment will be made again after receiving payment of the shipping costs.
Shipments by GLS
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email from GLS to inform you of the status of your order. You will be notified of all progress through the same means. If after two delivery attempts the order could not be delivered, it will remain at the destination office for 15 days before being returned to the sender.
Shipping by Post
For international orders not listed above (Argentina, Chile…), orders are shipped using certified mail with a tracking number. The delivery price will be calculated as soon as you enter your destination country. Delivery times will depend on the country as well as customs fees. In any case, you will receive an email with the number to track the shipment and the courier company delivering your package.
Delivery times may take longer than usual if it is a special period (such as Christmas) or if there is any factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the delivery service.
If your package takes more than 5 weeks to arrive at its destination, send us an email and we will proceed to claim your package.
