Shipping
At El Galgo Azul we want to pamper you with every order, so that when you receive it you will have a smile from ear to ear. From the moment you place an order, it may take between 1 and 3 days for it to leave the workshop (with the exception of some products that are made to order, such as personalized ones, in which case it will be specified in the description of the order). You will have it in your hands in a maximum of 5 days (Spain), 8 and 10 days (Europe) and 7 to 15 days in other destinations. I'm afraid I can't confirm an arrival date for each package, as it depends on the postal service of each country and customs.
All purchases made are sent from Spain by courier, that is why for a better follow-up I need you to leave a contact number in a comment for a better delivery. All shipments have an assigned number that can be tracked to their destination.
During promotions, new collection launches or Christmas, these times may vary, and your order may take longer because the volume of orders has increased and we cannot process it as quickly as during the rest of the year.
Orders with workshop items (all those that involve clothing) can take between seven and ten working days to arrive since they are unique pieces, handmade and artisanal in our workshop.
GENERAL SHIPPING COST
- Spain: 6 euros, via GLS (24-48h). If you do not want us to ship with this company, you can let us know so we can send it via Correos.
- Canary Islands: 8.60 euros, through the Post Office.
- Balearic Islands: 5.50 euros, via Correos
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland: 12 euros, through GLS.
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey: 16 euros, through GLS.
- United Kingdom (UK): 18 euros, via email.
- Rest of destinations: 25 euros, via DHL.
BEDS SHIPPING COST
- Spain: 6 euros (covers only) and free (with filling).
- Canary Islands: 8.60 euros, via Correos (Spanish Postal Service).
- Balearic Islands: 6 euros (covers only) and free (with filling), via Correos (Spanish Postal Service).
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland: 12 euros, via GLS.

FREE SHIPPING
- Spain and the Balearic Islands (except the Canary Islands) on orders over 130 euros. This may be invalidated in major promotions.
When you place your order, check your shipping information and telephone number well. It is important that you provide us with a correct address, because if it was misspelled, even if it is only one digit, and the package has already left its destination, we should send a new shipment and it would be your responsibility. In the event that the order is returned to us because it has not been possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated, within the terms in which the courier company stipulates, the forwarding will be made again after receiving the payment of the Shipping costs.
Shipping by GLS and DHL
As soon as your order is complete, you will receive an email from El galgo azul to notify you of the tracking of your order. Each movement you will receive notices through the same channel. If after two delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the order, it will remain 15 days in the destination delegation before being returned to the sender.
Shipping by Post
We use certified mail with tracking number as a shipping method. Delivery times will depend on the country as well as customs fees. In any case, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the shipment and the courier company that carries your package. You may have to go and pick up your package at the post office.
Shipping times could take longer than usual if it is special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is some factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the courier service.
If your package takes more than 5 weeks to reach its destination, write us an email and we will proceed to claim your package.
If your destination does not appear at the time of purchase, if you need to know the status of your order or request an urgent shipment, you can write me an email at elgalgoazul@gmail.com and I will inform you about your request.6
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if not, nothing happens. We offer you the opportunity to make an exchange or return, following the following guidelines:
RETURNS
- Term: 14 calendar days from delivery.
- Shipping costs, provided they are not due to an error or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer. We do not accept shipments with postage due. Please send your returns by writing an email to guau@elgalgoazul.com with your order number.
- If you want to use our return shipping method by mail, we will send you a shipping sticker by mail and 4 euros will be deducted from the refund.
- El galgo azul is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during the transport of these.
- When we verify that the product you want to return is in perfect condition, we will process the refund of the amount of the returned item.
- In case of return, the price of the product will be paid via Bizum or bank transfer.
- Personalized, bespoke, masks or items from the Outlet section cannot be returned.
PRODUCT CHANGE
- Term: 14 calendar days from delivery.
- Changes may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of higher value, they will have to pay the difference.
- If what you need is make a change for another size or product, you just have to contact guau@elgalgoazul.com to manage change.
- The exchange will be made with a new shipment with collection, at a cost to the customer of 4 euros, the return shipping will be at our expense.
It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when we sent them to you. If this is not the case (in the event that we receive the product dirty, damaged, used, etc.), no refund will be made for the product, and the only possible solution is a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer and the deadline for claims is fifteen working days from the notification on our part.
El galgo azul is not responsible for the deterioration of a product due to misuse, as well as the damages to third parties that this may cause. By misuse we understand the use of an item for purposes other than the main purpose for which it was manufactured.
