Shipping

At El galgo azul we want to pamper you with each order, so that when you receive it you will have a smile from ear to ear. From the time you place an order, it may take between 1 and 3 days to leave the workshop (except for greyhound products that are made to order, in which case it will be specified in the description of the order). You will have it in your hands in a maximum of 3 days (Spain), 5 and 8 days (Europe) and from 7 to 15 days in other destinations. I am afraid that I cannot confirm an arrival date for each package, since it depends on the postal service of each country and customs.

All purchases made are sent from Spain by courier, that is why for a better follow-up I need you to leave a contact number in a comment for a better delivery. All shipments have an assigned number that can be tracked to their destination.

In times of promotions, new collection launches or Christmas these times may vary, and your order could take another week.

Orders with workshop items (all those that involve clothing) can take between seven and ten working days to arrive since they are unique pieces, handmade and artisanal in our workshop.

GENERAL SHIPPING COST

  • Spain: €5.50, through GLS.
  • Canary and Balearic Islands: 6.90 euros, through Correos and GLS respectively.
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland: 12 euros, through GLS.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey: 20 euros, through GLS.
  • United Kingdom (UK): 24 euros, via DHL.
  • Rest of destinations: 25 euros, via DHL.

BEDS SHIPPING COST 

  • Spain (except the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands) €9.50, through GLS.
  • Canary and Balearic Islands: 23 euros, through the Post Office.
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland: 23 euro, through GLS.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey: 28 euros, through GLS.
  • United Kingdom (UK): 34 euros, via DHL.
  • Rest of destinations: 45 euros, via DHL.

FREE SHIPPING

  • Spain (except the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands) on orders over 120 euros a través de GLS. (No válido en periodo de rebajas, outlet y liquidaciones).

When you place your order, check your shipping information and telephone number well. It is important that you provide us with a correct address, because if it was misspelled, even if it is only one digit, and the package has already left its destination, we should send a new shipment and it would be your responsibility. In the event that the order is returned to us because it has not been possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated, within the terms in which the courier company stipulates, the forwarding will be made again after receiving the payment of the Shipping costs.

Shipping by GLS and DHL

As soon as your order is complete, you will receive an email from El galgo azul to notify you of the tracking of your order. Each movement you will receive notices through the same channel. If after two delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the order, it will remain 15 days in the destination delegation before being returned to the sender.

Shipping by Post

We use the certified mail service with tracking number as a shipping method for the Canary Islands. Delivery times will depend on the country as well as customs tariffs, in any case, you will receive an email with the number for tracking the shipment and the courier company that carries your package.

Shipping times could take longer than usual if it is special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is some factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the courier service.

If your package takes more than 5 weeks to reach its destination, write us an email and we will proceed to claim your package.

If your destination does not appear at the time of purchase, if you need to know the status of your order or request an urgent shipment, you can write me an email at elgalgoazul@gmail.com and I will inform you about your request.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if not, nothing happens. We offer you the opportunity to make an exchange or return, following the following guidelines:

RETURNS

  • Term: 14 calendar days from delivery.
  • Shipping costs, provided they are not due to error or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer. We do not accept postage due shipments. Please send your returns through a reputable shipping company or through our returns portal
  • If you want to use the returns portal you can leave the package at a delivery point that works for you. You will be deducted 4 euros from the refund.
  • El galgo azul is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during the transport of these.
  • When we verify that the product you want to return is in perfect condition, we will process the refund of the amount of the returned item.
  • In case of return, the price of the product will be paid via Bizum or bank transfer.
  • Personalized, bespoke, masks or items from the Outlet section cannot be returned.

PRODUCT CHANGE

  • Term: 14 calendar days from delivery.
  • Changes may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of higher value, they will have to pay the difference.
  • If what you need is make a change for another size or product, you just have to contact wow@elgalgoazul.com to manage change.

  • He change will be made with a new shipment with collection, with a cost to client of 4 euros.

It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we sent them to you. If not (in case we receive the dirty, damaged, used product ...) no refund of the product will be made, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be borne by the customer and the deadline for claims is fifteen business days from the notification by us.

El galgo azul is not responsible for the deterioration of a product due to misuse, as well as the damages to third parties that this may cause. By misuse we understand the use of an item for purposes other than the main purpose for which it was manufactured.
